Effective for current ConditionRail workspaces.
1. Essential session cookies
ConditionRail sets a small number of essential cookies to keep workspace users signed in, to keep CSRF protection working across form submissions, and to remember the workspace a user last opened. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking sign-in.
2. Optional analytics
With consent, we collect aggregated product-usage events such as page views, button clicks, and feature engagement to improve file workflow. Consent can be withdrawn at any time from the cookie banner; withdrawal stops new analytics collection on the next page load.
3. What analytics never contains
Analytics events never contain borrower document content, document file names from borrower uploads, condition text that may identify a borrower, or message bodies sent to borrowers. Analytics is structural, not contentful.
4. Third parties
We do not sell cookie data and do not place advertising cookies. Analytics events are processed by a limited set of subprocessors listed in the Privacy policy.
5. Managing preferences
Workspace users can clear cookies from their browser at any time. Doing so will sign the user out and clear any saved analytics consent.
